Blind Pedestrian Hit by Pick-Up Truck in Accident
On October 6, a blind man and his seeing-eye dog, were struck by a pick-up truck on Camden Avenue in Moorestown, New Jersey. Mr. Parks was wearing a reflective orange vest. According to Philly.com, he is reported to be in critical condition.
