Fatal Chester County, PA Car Crash Caused by Excessive Speeding
One teen was driving and another was killed on February 19 in Chester County, PA. According to Philly.com, a 17-year-old was driving a pickup truck and drove into oncoming traffic, striking a 19-year-old woman driving a BMW. According to police, excessive speeding by the pickup truck driver was likely a factor in the fatal accident.
